Randy was a land surveyor for 13 years and formerly owned a new construction home company for 3 years. He has developed land throughout the state for private land owners, land trusts and companies. He is constantly interfacing with lawyers, developers, land owners, surveyors, wetland scientists, state and local planning departments.
